This has been introduced to filter small garden Koi/Goldfish ponds properly and is the only pump-fed version I will be including in the range. It is also excellent when used as a quarantine pond filter or as a unit that can be transported to filter temporary ponds.
The inlet pipe has been placed so that the incoming pond water makes a direct hit on the 4” bore discharge standpipe, which is also the waste outlet to sewer. It works exactly the same as the standard Eric Two unit after that until the horizontal-flow water reaches the end of the unit as a moving ‘block’.
The end assembly is quite different to the gravity-fed unit purely in order to maintain the perfect flow with the ‘moving block’ of water, as well as to return the water to the pond correctly.
