Finally the UK public got their first glimpse of all Eric Filter systems – including the smallest version Eric Two at the BKKS National Show held on 26/27th. June. Photographs on the website are fine but it has to be seen with one’s eyes to really appreciate what Eric units are all about.
The show stand was built in the unit where the EricMat cartridge blocks are assembled and the steel frames are welded and finished. It was set up in advance in order to get everything in place before transporting it all down to Stafford.
This shows the stand layout at Stafford before the show was opened to the public on Saturday morning.
Each unit had a description of performance and handling capacities.
This shows the clear demonstration Eric Four unit that was stood upon a reservoir below. It was emptied and filled when visitors asked for a demonstration of the discharge of the entire system.
It must have been carried out over 40 times during the show and time taken to empty and re-fill was just under one minute!
This is a close-up of one of the four air turbulence points illuminated from below to give a much clearer view as to how the units operate.
I had to take this shot on the Sunday – an absolute classic!
Waddy.
